Our Team

Prof. Yosef Gruenbaum, Chief Scientist Officer

Yosef Gruenbaum

Prof. Yosef Gruenbaum provides his expertise and oversight to all scientific activities at MiaDNA Testing.

Prof. Gruenbaum is the head of the Genetics Department at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel. He has a secondary appointment at the Department of Medicine at Northwestern University School of Medicine in Chicago, USA.

Prior to joining the faculty of the Hebrew University, Prof. Gruenbaum completed his post-doctoral studies on the 3-dimensional organization of the nucleus and his graduate studies on the mechanism of inheritance of DNA methylation.

Gal Cohen Lass: Nutrition Counselor & Consultant

Gal Cohen Lass

Gal is a nutrition counselor who specializes in successful weight loss and weight loss maintenance, diabetes, heart disease and digestive conditions. A Masters level Registered Dietitian specializing in Nutrition and public health, Gal has maintained a private counseling practice and consulting business since 1992.

Gal counsels people of all ages in nutrition for wellness and provides customized nutrition counseling to meet individual needs. Since 2002 Gal has works as a Nutrition Consultant to Pharmaceutical companies, businesses, schools and organizations.

Gal is also a regular lecturer in clinical nutrition at nursing schools.
